The Home and Community Health Association is delighted to announce that Associate Minister of Health Hon Jenny Salesa is confirmed to give the opening address at the association’s upcoming Homespace forum.

The forum, set to take place on Thursday 5th July at Wellington’s SPCA Conference Centre, will focus on important aspects concerning the home and community support services (HCSS) sector, including service models, funding, and technology.

“The Homespace forum gives the opportunity to hear and share ideas and information in the home support sector: latest news on models of care and funding, latest information on workforce, and views on emerging technology,” says HCHA chief executive Julie Haggie.

Speakers, including Ministry of Health officials, Careerforce leaders and technology providers, will discuss emerging technologies and policy responses. There will also be a session on employment practices for HCSS providers.

The Homespace forum is open to anyone interested in home support services. The registration fee is $120 and pre-registration is necessary. Don’t miss out!
